in Small Group Sessions
During our sessions we will use the personalised approach to maximize calorie burn both during and after your workout. We will be doing series of compound movements (using more than one muscle group at a time) using functional fitness equipment. Our focus is to build up strength, create muscular endurance and improve fitness conditioning, these sessions will help to develop a strong toned physique while boosting your metabolic system.
Small group 6 - 8 pp max. per session to ensure high quality of training and personalised attention. Get the benefits of a one to one training session without the hefty price tag.

All Kit supplied. Functional training equipment: sandbags, battle ropes, weighted slam balls, TRX, resistance bands.
Complementary home workout videos or running program depending on your goals.

Open to all fitness level, the small group allows for a more personal approach, we will be able to adapt, progress or regress any exercise to your level.

5 Reasons why outdoor training is better than a gym workout.
1. It lowers blood pressure and reduces stress
Studies have shown that physical activity outdoors lowers a person's blood pressure and heart rate. As a result, exercise outdoors feels less strenuous than similar exercise indoors, which, in turn, pushes you closer to your maximum performance. Train outdoors, push yourself to the limit and keep breaking your personal record!
2. Sleep Better
When you exercise outdoors, you get fresh air which helps to alleviate insomnia. Regular exercise and fresh air will help you to fall asleep and improve the quality of your sleep!
3. Variation in your regular workout and environment
Break the routine! Perform your indoor workout outdoors and include functional movements and allow you to move freely, which are easy to do outside, with no much restriction of enclosed space.
Leave the stuffy and dark gym behind , forget about staring at a plain wall and do your workout in a fresh and bright setting outdoors, enjoying the views and nature.
