  • Personalized program with 3- 5 workouts per week, challenging workouts everyday, to keep you motivated, avoiding boredom and plateau.

  • Especially designed for you. Thinking in your goals, lifestyle and objectives.

  • Recorded videos by me just for you, showing you each workout and explaining proper technique of each exercise, with progression and regression options, accordingly to your level, experience and equipment available.         ( home or gym)

  • Easy to follow, duranting depending on your time available from 30 to 60 min workouts, so you can do them on your own time!

  • Accountability, weekly video call follow up.  

  • Daily motivation from me and support from private group.
