Each program is designed for YOU and YOUR personal objectives, not group sessions or cookie cutter programs. It's important to understand that we don't all have the same objectives, we don't have the same lifestyle, we don't have the same free time or fitness level. 

 

It's all about quality...not quantity, you will learn how to train smartly, optimising your time and effort,  change your mindset and create a balanced sustainable habits, so you can finally break the cycle and are able to create a lifestyle that we can keep FOREVER.

3-4 SESSIONS PER WEEK
4 WEEKS
VIRTUAL PLAN

  • Initial consultation

  • Full personalised and customised training plan depending on your fitness level, equipment , availability and goals.  

  • One to One LIVE ONLINE Sessions, No video class with other users, this ONE on ONE class my focus will be you 100%, I will be able to pay attention on your form and being able to progress or regress any exercise depending on your abilities right on the spot.          

  • Direct attention 24/7  Athletes can reach me day or night, call, text or email.

  • Daily motivation from me and support from private group

  • Defeat mental weakness with daily advice and fun challenges.

  • Not everything is sweat and tears, you will be part of monthly FUN events, guided trail walks, wild swimming and outings. 

  • Limited availability

2-4 SESSIONS PER WEEK
4 WEEKS
IN-PERSON PLAN

  • Initial consultation

  • Full personalised and customised training plan depending on your fitness level, equipment , availability and goals.  

  • One to One Sessions, at a private gym at Kinning Park (indoor) or Glasgow Green (outdoor). ONE on ONE personal sessions my focus will be you 100%, I will be able to pay attention on your form and being able to progress or regress any exercise depending on your abilities right on the spot.          

  • Direct attention 24/7  Athletes can reach me day or night, call, text or email.

  • Daily motivation from me and support from private group

  • Defeat mental weakness with daily advice and fun challenges.

  • Not everything is sweat and tears, you will invite be part of monthly FUN events, guided trail walks, wild swimming and outings.
